The Latin American and Caribbean Children and Youth Film Exhibition will be held on the 24th of October at 12-16 in Luckan (Simonkatu 8, Helsinki). Cinemaissíto is organized for the third time. Free entrance!

The day starts with children’s program and the super popular animations made by Mexican children. After that we will screen a family movie, ”Las estrellas del estuario”. The afternoon’s short films and animations are directed for over 12-year-old youngsters.

In the workshops you can learn circus tricks, comics drawing or just enjoy the world of fairy tales. It is also possible to visit the photographic exhibition ”A Safe World?” and the presentation of the art collage ”Draw a Tale”.

The highlight of the day is the première of the animation series The Children’s Rights, which will be screened at 15.30.
